What kind of self-reflection experience did you have in your freshman English class? What have you learned (related to self-reflection or writing in general) that has stayed with you and supported your writing?
My self-reflection experience in my English class was more like a peer review, we used to tell how we did the assignments, what we found useful (something we recommend to others) and what we found hard to do, We also can read someone else that had the same problem as you and see how he solve it. We were supposed to read some of the reflections and give some feedback from your point of view. Most of the time this helps me because I was always able to use some of the advice given in my favor to make things easier, also I try to keep in mind the comments so I could make the least errors in my writing in my next assignments.
From this I learned a lot of things because almost everything was new to me. I learned things such as APA title and how to cite a source correctly. I feel that things like this helped me and will help me in the future to listen to orders, opinions or feedback and use it to have better writing and to realize by myself where my faults are.
